I requested a first-floor room, which was granted, but I found the rooms to be dirty and dusty in corners. Despite that, the room was very clean and had good soundproofing. Cleanliness is my top priority, so it was satisfactory overall.

My aunts coming out of town requested a first-floor room, which was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the noise from the gym kept us up late at night. The staff at Property Stars were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I had a room near parking and the exit. The hotel's location was very good, close to everything you could possibly need, including the Elders' Gathering at Trent University. However, the hotel could do with a lick of paint soon. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use improvement in terms of variety. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor drawbacks.
